This
directory lists health care providers contracted with the Uniform Medical Plan
(UMP). This directory is updated every two weeks. However, changes occur daily
and may not yet be included in the directory. Please check with your provider
prior to getting services to make sure he or she is a UMP network provider.
NOTE:
Hospital-based physicians (such as anesthesiologists and emergency
room doctors) may contract independently from the hospital. To receive the
highest level of UMP reimbursement, be sure to check that both the facility and
the physicians you use are UMP network providers. When searching for a
hospital, click on "Anesthesiologists/ER Doctor Network Status" below
the hospital name.
For
